Thao is a newer addition to our practice; however, she is not new to healthcare.  She comes with a plethora of experience both clinical and supervisory during her more than 20 years at the nationally ranked Hoag Memorial Hospital.  She was educated at the California State University of Long Beach for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. This was where she accomplished her highest (current) degree and training as a nurse practitioner. In addition to her impressive background, Thao is also bilingual in English and Vietnamese. Thao uses her combined experience, knowledge, and skills to deliver high quality care and she takes pride in always emphasizing patient education and shared decision making. Thao is a proud mother of 2 beautiful children and on her time off, she enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor activities such as hiking.
